Promotional Gifts USA will not be liable for any third-party claims for damages against the customer, nor for malfunction of product, cause of delays, interruption of service, or loss of business. |

PROOF POLICY
Proofs are required for all orders, including reorders. One proof will be emailed free of charge within 24-72 hours of receiving good art (EPS, AI, PDF format) and purchase/cart order. Proofs are to show logo-artwork placement as well as item color, imprint color, quantity, and special packaging. Your order will not be assigned a ship date until the signed proof or email proof approval, and any instructed pre-payments are returned. After receiving signed approval or email approval and pre-payment, we will e-mail an order acknowledgment showing the ship date and method. If requesting a proof without the factory’s receipt of purchase order, cart order for printed items, there will be a $30 charge per item.
SHIPPING DELAY
Customers agree that it will not hold Promotional Gifts USA accountable for delays in delivery occasioned by acts of God or other circumstances over which we have no direct control. Factory shipment or delivery dates are the best estimates of our suppliers, and in no case shall Promotional Gifts USA be liable for any consequential or special damages arising from any delay in delivery.
All Prodir pens are shipped from Switzerland.
Merchant 1.95% Processing Fee
The payment for using a credit card will have an additional charge of 1.95% of the merchant processing fee or other forms of payment such as direct deposit, checks or wire transfers will not have the surcharge. For more information call 877-621-8896
The Price Includes One Imprint Color in One Location.
Additional colors and print locations will incur a $50 setup fee per color plus .25 cent running charge per color.
Optional QR Code (Extra Cost)
The communication potential of the writing instrument can be further enhanced through the digital Cloud Services that connects the pen to a special landing page via a QR Code printed on the clip. On all surfaces except Soft touch the style of the QR Code can be customized with up to two colors, in addition to a white background and protective lacquer, with four types of pattern design. On Soft touch surfaces you can print the QR code in one color in addition to the white background and protective lacquer. In accordance with Prodir pens high quality standards, every single QR code printed on every single pen is guaranteed to work as it should.
Individual setup of the high definition QR Code scanner: $195 Setup charge plus running charge .12 cents each.

Every Prodir pen is equipped with a floating ball refill for smooth, reliable writing. Optional refill upgrades are available:
- SuperDry Gel 0.7 mm (Lead-Free) – add $0.10 each
- Floating Ball Plastic 1.4 mm (Lead-Free), white or black casing – add $0.15 each
